Los Angeles : 12"x12" Map Painting

This painting comes from my love of maps and little birds. Original mixed media map painting with a vintage LA map layered subtly under the painting. Has a thick, waxy texture and is mounted on top a simple, handmade wood frame. The paintings began with a map on a wood panel and is covered with acrylic medium, oil paint and ink. This piece is ready to hang and enjoy!
